Terms & Conditions for Munchkins and Monet
1. Booking & Payment:
- All bookings for Munchkins and Monet must be completed via the booking platform on our website.
- Payment for the event is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- We accept payments through credit/debit card.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please contact us at info@partycrasherslondon.co.uk to ensure your reservation was processed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a 50% charge.
- No-shows: Unfortunately, no-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable.
- If Munchkins and Monet cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, force majeure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the booking for a later date.
3. Event Participation & Conduct:
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child behaves in accordance with the event guidelines. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event at our discretion.
- We encourage creativity but ask that all participants respect the space and materials provided.
- Dress your child in older clothing as we provide aprons, but paint can sometimes escape onto clothes.
4. Allergies & Special Needs:
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to help us accommodate your child's needs.
- If your child has any medical conditions, sensitivities, or special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can ensure their safety and comfort during the event.
- Munchkins and Monet is not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical issues that arise during the event.
5. Photography & Social Media:
- By attending Munchkins and Monet, you consent to photographs and videos being taken of your child and/or yourself during the event. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- If you prefer that no photos of your child are taken, please notify us upon arrival or in advance via email. We will ensure that your child is not photographed.
6. Liability Waiver:
- Munchkins and Monet and its staff are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- Participants attend the event at their own risk, and parents/guardians are responsible for their child's safety during the activity.
- We ask all participants to handle art supplies, equipment, and materials responsibly.
7. Personal Information:

- Your contact information will only be used for event-related communication and marketing purposes unless you opt-out.
8. Event Changes:
- Munchkins and Monet reserves the right to modify or change event details (including location, timing, and instructors) due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if such changes occur.
9. Code of Conduct:
- We strive to provide a fun and safe environment for all guests. We ask that everyone respects each other and our team during the event.
- Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times during the event.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that area.
